Richard White

CEO and founder of CargoWise

Richard White is the Founder and CEO of CargoWise, a global technology development company. The WiseTechGlobal brand includes CargoWise, a worldwide leader in logistics technology solutions, and eHealthWise, provider of electronic data services for the healthcare industry.

He is actively involved in both commercial and non-commercial activities that advance technology innovation and development. He is currently involved in international supply chain data management research and consults to a number of industry associations to develop business and systems processes.

Richard has a deep technical understanding of Electronic Data Interchange standards and e-Commerce. His expertise, combined with more than 30 years’ experience in software development and business management, has earned him a unique and respected place in the industry.

Having completed his Masters of Business in Information Technology (MBIT) at the University of Technology, Richard is actively and personally involved in supporting the University BIT program. CargoWise is the largest corporate scholarship sponsor in the UTS Bachelor of Information Technology program and provides work placement opportunities to many UTS students.

When not developing software, researching the supply chain or spending time with his family, he enjoys playing jazz guitar.

Maree Isaacs

Executive Board, General Manager Quality Control

Maree Isaacs is a member of the Executive Board and General Manager Quality Control for CargoWise.

Maree has more than 24 years of finance and service management experience in the logistics industry throughout Australia, New Zealand and the United States.

Maree's expertise includes a unique blend of leadership skills developed across the technology, logistics, marketing and media industries, with a strong track record of delivering innovative management to increase quality and revenue.

Kate Malov

Chief Finance Officer

Kate Malov is the chief financial officer for the CargoWise.

Kate has more than nine years of experience in a variety of finance roles in the supply chain and manufacturing industries, with global companies such as DHL, Toll and Norske Skog.

Kate holds an MBA in Finance and has a strong track record of delivering Business Intelligence and global ERP solutions, along with various change management initiatives.

Todd De Rosa

General Manager, Marketing

Todd De Rosa is General Manager Marketing for the CargoWise.

Todd has more than 15 years of marketing and product management experience in the technology and software industry.

Todd has worked across the US, EMEA and ASAPC regions with large technology companies including IBM, Oracle, Cisco, Nortel & HP. Todd has extensive experience in expanding revenue, organizational productivity and performance resulting in greater market share and competitive advantage.

Owen Senior

General Manager, Development

Owen Senior is General Manager Development for the CargoWise. 

Owen Senior has more than 15 years of global development experience including CIO and Technical Director roles in the UK and Australia.

Owen expertise includes a unique blend of leadership skills, development skills and drive for innovation with extensive experience in developing both high-quality enterprise software solutions and Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) systems.

Adam Kossak

General Manager, Commercial

Adam Kossak is General Manager Commercial for the CargoWise.

Adam has more than 15 years of executive management experience with some of the world's leading software application and information technology companies including Policy Management Systems, iSOFT and TrakHealth.

Adam has significant experience in driving organizational growth both organically and through strategic partnerships and acquisitions. Possessing advanced degrees in business, law and medicine, Adam's expertise encompasses both strategic and operational management.

Khurram Mahmood

General Manager, Information Services

Khurram Mahmood is General Manager Information Services for the CargoWise.

Khurram has more than 15 years of IT and management experience in the technology and software industry.

Khurram has worked in the EMEA and ASPAC regions with an assortment of technology businesses. He has had experience with working in IT manufacturing, retail and education, as well as a number of years with SAP. Khurram has deep and broad technical expertise matched with a track record of enabling business goals through IT leadership and strategy alignment.

Sam Edwards

General Manager, Customer Care

Samantha Edwards is General Manager Customer Care for the CargoWise.

Sam has more than 25 years of Customer Service and Logistics Management experience in the Airlines and Freight Forwarding Industry throughout Canada, Europe and Australia. 

Sam has worked with major companies including British Airways, USAir and Expeditors International and has a strong track record of delivering exceptional Customer Service management.
