We offer a number of educational and training options to ensure your staff has the skill and knowledge to take full advantage of the benefits of ediEnterprise.
Standard Options
Standard Training options give your company access to a full set of training tools, including scheduled classroom sessions at our dedicated training centers and access to all Online Learning Center materials. Standard Training is complimentary for all ediEnterprise clients.
Classroom Training
CargoWise Classroom Training is an interactive learning experience that allows students to understand and practice standard operating procedures relevant to specific job roles. Students engage with expert, experienced instructors, other students, and the ediEnterprise products in a hands-on classroom setting at our dedicated CargoWise training centers in Chicago, Milton Keynes and Sydney.

Online Learning Center
The Online Learning Center provides 24/7 internet access to the ediEnterprise online user guides, manuals, training videos and exams which are available for all ediEnterprise clients to use as self-paced reference material prior to, during and after training. The online materials are excellent training resources for staff in remote locations and an effective way to assess your staff capabilities and future training needs.
The Online Learning Center can be accessed directly from ediEnterprise or by logging in to the My Account website.
Premium Options
Our Business Consulting and Train-the-Trainer programs are designed for ediEnterprise clients who prefer customized consulting and training solutions. Our education specialists work with you to design the program that works best for your company and staff.
Business Consulting
Consulting is available either remotely or onsite to assist customers with implementing a customized solution or business operating procedures. Remote consulting is facilitated via LiveMeeting over the internet. Consulting can also be offered at the client site.
Train-the-Trainer
Some of our clients prefer to develop and manage their own training staff. Our Train-the Trainer program provides your designated training team with in-house knowledge to train multiple offices and new staff who are subsequently employed. These super users can also become your first level end user support. Train-the-Trainer is offered at the client site and content can be customized to meet your specific goals.
