WiseTech Global to acquire ImpexDocs

Additional global trade management documentation and contract management capability for CargoWise

SYDNEY, Australia – WiseTech Global (ASX:WTC), developer of leading logistics execution software CargoWise, today announced it has entered into an agreement to acquire ImpexDocs, provider of a suite of Global Trade Management (GTM) solutions to centralise, digitize and automate international trade workflow. ImpexDocs is headquartered in Sydney, Australia, and is being acquired from Acme Trade Group. Completion of the acquisition is subject to certain conditions precedent, including regulatory approval.

Established in 2003 by Manish Desai, ImpexDocs has clients across Australia, New Zealand and the U.S. ImpexDocs’ comprehensive trade software suite is a unified digital platform for export supply chain executives to manage international trade processes and documentation, from sales and purchase orders, through to shipping and compliance documentation. It also provides visibility of the status of orders, shipments and contracts.

ImpexDocs’ functionality will become part of the WiseTech family of compliance, trade and logistics products. ImpexDocs’ customers will continue to access ImpexDocs’ solutions. ImpexDocs will remain under the current leadership of Manish Desai.
