What’s new in WiseTech Academy – February 2026

Moving empty containers costs the shipping industry an estimated USD 15–20 billion every year. Globally, around 4% of all container journeys carry no cargo, yet each one still burns fuel, takes up port space, and adds cost that flows through to both forwarders and exporters.
