Extended Credit Terms Surcharge

Customers may request extended payment terms, which will be considered on a case-by-case basis and approved solely at the discretion of WiseTech Global. Under no circumstances will payment terms exceeding 60 days from the invoice date be granted. Applicable surcharges are fixed and are not subject to negotiation.

Non-Current Production Version Surcharge

Conditions:

CargoWise Cloud Customers must be on a current version of the CargoWise application suite and upgrades will be automated if the support release is not maintained.

If a Private Cloud / Self Hosted customer is not operating a Supported Production Release of CargoWise, the below surcharges apply:


a) 2% (Initial Surcharge) of the Customer's monthly fees and charges; and
b) 1% (Additional Surcharge) of the Customer's monthly fees and charges for every additional release the Customer does not upgrade.Supported Production Release means the current version of the GPR, STD or DPR or the immediate prior version of the current GPR, STD or DPR.
