This course introduces CargoWise's Market Intelligence and Analytics dashboards, covering carrier booking performance, on-time performance, turnaround time, airline activity, ocean carrier analysis, plus cargo mix and trade flow across air and ocean freight. Designed for freight forwarders, operations teams, and anyone responsible for carrier management, capacity planning or route optimisation. 

Understanding Break Bulk Consolidations – GLOBAL 

Not all cargo fits the standard process and knowing how to handle what doesn't is a valuable skill. This course covers how to create and manage Break Bulk consolidations in CargoWise, from entering routing details and linking shipments through to packing records, document generation and invoicing. Designed for freight forwarders with experience in air or sea export and import operations. 

Accounting Configuration Basics: Charge Codes – GLOBAL 

Get charge code configuration right and costs post, rate, and bill the way they should. This course covers how to create and manage local and global charge codes, how charge types affect accounting outcomes, and how charge groups control rating, quotation and billing behaviour.
