After introduction to SummitEdge from Cargowise, an implemention call took place via Teams and a detailed plan of action was professionally outlayed and shared.

The call was followed up by SummitEdge with an email confirmation on the next steps for configuration and information requirements for a smooth and fast set up. The whole process took about two weeks which was very satisfying.

After a successfull start, SummitEdge held several training sessions and showed great support on additional information needed for some of the 'drop down' options in CargoWise. The training sessions were typical 30-60 mins depending on subjects which was perfect lenght for training.

Due to some further requirements for the business, SummitEdge has agreed to accommodate 20 hours of further training sessions at a later time which is very valuable for me.
